2024 Remarkable Women winner: Olivia Kassoum-Amadou

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Congratulations to Olivia Kassoum-Amadou, the News 8’s 2024 Remarkable Women winner!

Dozens of amazing women were nominated and four finalists were chosen with a trip to Los Angeles up next along with winners from Nexstar Television markets across the nation.

Kassoum-Amadou, who leads Cameron Community Ministries as executive director, was announced as our local winner Tuesday night on News 8.

“I’m extremely humbled really because I love the work that I’m doing, and I love working in the community and the way the community has embraced us. I’m just really happy to even be thought of as a nominee let alone to win,” Kassoum-Amadou said.
