ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 19-year-old man from Brockport was arrested following a fatal crash between a pick-up truck and a dirt bike in the Town of Barre, according to New York State Police.

Troopers responded to the crash on McNamer Road Thursday at 4:05 p.m. They said Noah Magee was driving a Chevy Silverado on the wrong side of the road when it struck a dirt bike head-on.

It was alleged Magee drove away from the scene. The victim on the dirtbike, 24-year-old Roger Kingdollar, was pronounced dead. Two uninvolved four-wheelers were driving with Kingdollar.

During the investigation, NYSP said Magee came back without the truck and was arrested. He was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident, and various vehicle and traffic infractions.

Magee was taken to the Orleans County Jail and will be arraigned Friday.
