ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — March is National Nutrition Month and Foodlink is once again offering its popular ‘just say yes to fruits and vegetables’ program at the public market.

Every year the local non-profit comes together to help people shift their behaviors toward healthy eating and physical movement.

Part of their initiative is sharing a simple recipe through weekly nutrition workshops. It’s something organizers say expands their commitment to giving the local community access to fresh and healthy foods.
