ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man was accused of threatening mass harm at a business in Batavia on Tuesday, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said the investigation was at a business on Lewiston Road. It was alleged that Nickolas Figlow made a threat against the business.

It has not been confirmed what type of threat was made against the business, but Figlow was arrested and released on an appearance ticket.

He is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court at a later date.
