Nazareth hosts 3rd annual Festival of Inclusion

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Hundreds gathered for the 3rd annual Festival of Inclusion on Saturday.

The Golisano Training Center at Nazareth University hosted the free event with 80 different organizations that participated in setting up activity stations for attendees to enjoy. There were sensory-friendly activities, therapeutic animals, food trucks, fitness activities, informative sessions, and more!

Lindsay Jewett, The Director of Mission Advancement at Best Buddies International said, “This is my favorite event because I think it brings everyone together. Everyone’s working kind of at the same level and everyone’s able to reach families which is the most important thing. I have a 4-year-old with an IDD and it’s so helpful to us to know what else is out there.”
