NYS Troopers ask for help investigating cold case of Kimberly Rouland

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Saturday marks nine years since 32-year-old Kimberly Rouland of Lyons was reported missing and New York State Troopers are still looking for information.

Her husband, Thomas Rouland last saw her leaving their residence on Fairville Maple Ridge Road at 6:30 p.m. on February 9, 2015, and reported her missing the next day. She was last seen wearing boots, yoga pants, and a lightweight black coat.

Troopers say on March 12, 2015, Rouland’s body was found about a mile from her home, in a snowbank on an embankment on Martin Road in the town of Acadia.

Rouland’s death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner. At the time of her death, Rouland left behind her three children, ages 4, 10, and 1.
