ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in Wayne County Thursday.
According to Macedon police, witnesses saw it happen at the Wayneport Road railroad crossing around 12:40 p.m. The pedestrian, who was not immediately identified, died at the scene.
Wayneport Road was closed from Eastpark Drive to Quaker Road for the investigation.
